• Ingredients for a bowl

    • 100g rolled oats
    • 1 banana
    • 250ml milk/plant drink
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 pinch of cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp nut butter

    topping

    • 1/2 banana
    • nut must
    • Barnhouse Flakes Oats

  • preparation

    1. Mash the banana and place in a saucepan with the rolled oats, milk, salt and nut butter.
    2. Cook until a porridge forms.
    3. Refine this with cinnamon and add the topping.
