• Ingredients

    • 250g blueberries
    • 100g Krunchy oats alternatively sweetened
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 300g Greek yoghurt
    • 500ml milk
    • 2 teaspoons coconut blossom sugar
    • 250g ice cubes

  • preparation

    1. Place the blueberries in a blender along with the vanilla extract and process. Divide the blueberry mixture evenly between four glasses.
    2. Process the yoghurt, milk, sugar, ice cubes and Krunchy into a creamy mass and also pour into the glasses.
